How padala parcel delivery works
Prepare the parcel and contacts
Pack the item securely. Add a clear description, its weight, and a reachable name and mobile number for both sender and receiver.
Set both locations
Place the pickup and drop-off pins, add the barangays and landmarks, then choose an available vehicle that fits the parcel.
Review the handoff
Check the fare and who pays it. The rider records a pickup photo. If your booking uses a drop-off code, give it to the receiver and share it with the rider only at handover.
Arrange the item before the rider arrives
- Padala covers transport. Do not ask a rider to pay a private seller for a gadget, parcel or other goods on your behalf.
- Check that the sender has the parcel and the receiver will be available. Describe fragile items and ask the team if you are unsure whether a parcel is suitable.
- Vehicle capacity and route availability are checked during booking; a vehicle shown elsewhere on the site may not operate on your route.

Can the receiver pay?
The Padala booking lets you select the sender or receiver to pay the delivery fare. The booking account must still be eligible for cash orders.
What is the parcel weight limit?
It depends on the vehicle available for your route. Enter the actual parcel weight; the booking form shows vehicle capacities and lets you choose a suitable available option.
Can the rider advance payment for an online seller?
No. Arrange the goods and any seller payment directly before collection. A pickup photo or drop-off code does not verify a private seller or guarantee the contents of a parcel.
